Something like pcengines.ch or soekris.com. You can build a fanless 
wireless router for under 150 EUR that runs *BSD and that doesn't take 
much power (max 12W). Those boxes are quite powerful. 500 MHz Geode, 128 
MB main memory. You could also plug a hard disk via USB...
