Warning, objcache(cluster mbuf): Exhausted!

The above did not help.First I get:

fw kernel: vm_page_alloc(): warning, attempt to allocate cache page
from preempting interrupt 

then soon afterwards:

fw kernel: Warning, objcache(cluster mbuf): Exhausted!

The problem source is definitely squid. I have updated to the latest
version yesterday after updating my 1.10-RELEASE source tree and
installation, but no effect.
