KDE and OpenSSL = Broken

Is bmake replace sufficient? Thats what I did. I even created a *new* 
user and that user still has the problem.

No, I just rebuild kdelibs and tested e.g. with Konqueror. It worked
flawless here. Maybe you have to remove your .kde directory.
