There is the pkgsrc/devel/cvsup-bin and cvsup-gui-bin packages which are 
currently for providing NetBSD/i386 binaries.

These packages can be extended to provide the FreeBSD binaries also.

There are other examples in pkgsrc on having "-bin" packages provide 
binaries for different operating systems.

If you have a download URL for the ready-to-use tarball of cvsup, cvsupd, 
cvpasswd, please let me know.
