If you installed xorg from pkgsrc the default location should be
/usr/pkg/X11/etc/X11
The log shows, you don't have an xorg.conf, so Xorg just probes for
everything at startup of your xserver. If you want to have an editable
xorg.conf simply do:

Xorg -configure

this will create a conf file. IIRC the name is xorg.conf.new and it
should be in the executing user's home directory.
