Interesting ubench scores for FreeBSD 4.11, 5.4, 6.0beta3 and DFly-Preview

Interesting... CPU performance is still low, but memory is up to FreeBSD 5.4 and DragonFly-preview and better than 
FreeBSD 4.11.
