ramfs, ports, and cvsupd

/usr/share/mk/bsd.dfport.mk
But not much happens there. Mostly inclusion of the ports/MK siles.

I have not looked closely at this but it could be because the collection
names changed to:

dragonfly-cvs-root
dragonfly-cvs-src
dragonfly-cvs-dfports
etc.

Not sure but the 1.2 slip tag examples could be out of date.
Maybe someone could slip the TAG, if so.
