Actually, IPv6 has been available for Microsoft Windows since Windows 
2000 SP3ish as a developer update, and included with Windows XP as 
experimental driver (all ip6.int). Since XP SP1 (or SP2, not sure), 
ip6.arpa support is implemented. I actually have it running here, both 
with route advertisements and without.
