vi style(9) indent

i don't really understand what you want, but here is my vim config:

set cino=:0,g0,t0,+4,(0,u0,W4

using filetype indent plugin and cindent, of course.

i think it does a little bit different indentation than style(9) asks 
for, but well, can't have everything.
