AMD64 goodies

Hi.

I'm running an AMD64. And was wondering if there is any thing that I
can do, at the moment, that can take advantage of the processor.
Really looking forward to the port, hope it's soon :)

I saw the amd64 dir in /usr/src and was just wondering what can be
doen with it. Also in the handbook the kernel tag amd64 is mentioned.
Tried it but it failed. Obviously something missing.

Any ideas or information? I did google but didn't come up with anything.
