This question was answered already by Roland Hammerle (14/01/2005 on
bugs@):
The problem is that mkhtmlindex is not defined anywhere but used here.
It is included from x11-server/xorg-server/Makefile.inc. Simply
replace ${MKHTMLINDEX} with mkhtmlindex and it will work.
