Can't build OpenOffice because gcc 3.2.3 from FBSD ports wont build

After compiling gcc32 (see other post) I could successfully build and 
run OpenOffice.org. There were two hickups, though.

1) In OOo_1.1.3_src/python/unxfbsd.pro/misc/build/Python-2.2.2 it 
couldn't link libpython2.2.a because of a missing -pthread.

2) In OOo_1.1.3_src/vcl/unx/source/app it couldn't compile osssound.cxx.

from May 2003. The problem still exists. I applied the "patch" and 
continued.
