Bridging Broken in 1.2?

Is there a chance that bridging is broken in 1.2?
Setup is pretty straighforward:

net.link.ether.bridge=1
net.link.ether_bridge_cfg=em0,em1

em1 has address, em0 has no address

Both interfaces go into promiscuous mode, but I
can't pass data. Also can't ping the device
connected to em0. I have the same settings as
before I upgraded.
