Issue #2879 has been updated by marino.


src is generated, it is never ever edited.

The space padded weekdays are a modification *from* freebsd.  It came from ls long format needs I think.

What are you trying to do, remove the padding again?

What does ncal look like on FreeBSD-CURRENT?

Our ncal is unusable with locales other than en_US.UTF-8 (see included images).
May be it is time to re-port from FreeBSD?

And our  short weekday names for Chinese are useless, will need to cut them.
