FICL seems to use floating point in only one place, and it's

On a second note, when these changes were committed to the FreeBSD tree,
they mentioned it was specifically to prevent gcc from building code
using fp registers for _integer_ arithmetic. So not just for fp code.
Perhaps gcc does that by default to make CISC i386 a bit RIS{C,K}y?
