rue(4) for DragonFly

Hi all,

I have done the initial porting of rue(4) driver.

This driver supports RealTek RTL8150 USB based devices:
- Melco LUA-KTX
- GREEN HOUSE GH-USB100B

Anyone that has the devices and is interested to test this driver,
