lib/compat for ld-elf

hey,

joerg just noticed that we don't put a ld-elf.so.1 on our livecds, which
means that you can't run old binaries (like the included cvsup).

this could be used to support custom paths, i.e.

COMPAT_LIBS+=	usr,libexec,ld-elf.so.1

with a file `usr,libexec,ld-elf.so.1.20050706.REL1_2'
