Failed to mount ad0s1h

Hi.

Here is one more follow up about the previous post.
After finished install the system on hard drive and continue following 
the instruction wtihout going back to the main menu, there is an option 
can be used to configure the installed system, select this menu and 
popup the following error:
Command Failed!
/FreeSBIE/sbin/mount /FreeSBIE/dev/ad0s1h /FreeSBIE/mnt

FAILED with a return code of 1
