(linux) ioctl overhaul preview, fixes latest fbsd SA

hey,
now I got a pretty finished version of the ioctl/linux ioctl patch. 
This fixes the last freebsd SA and maybe other to-be-found bugs

Available at:

Contains:
- changes to kernel
- changes to linux.ko
 - changes to aac_linux.ko
 - changes to drm*.ko
I don't have means to test all ioctls; at least linux-mozilla, 
linux-opera and linux-sun-jdk work with it.
