    I think we want to keep the prelinking support manual... let the 
sysop
    decide what to prelink and what not to.
Yah, of course no uncontrollable automagic. Sill I think for desktop 
users it might be nice to turn on a knob in make.conf (or wherever) and 
newly installed libs/binaries will automatically be considered and 
re-prelinked if neccessary. (OS X does it this way and it's convenient)
