Sendmail tokenizing

This looks correct, but I think I'd like to see what someone like
Greg has to say before before making changes to the vendors
branch without a pressing issue ex. a open security hole so
as to ease future updates.

I was perusing the FreeBSD PRs looking for patches that would go into
DragonFlyBSD and I happened upon this for sendmail.

Its a patch for parseaddr.c

Unfortunatly, i haven't been able to test it at all (being as how my 
computers
are 65 miles away from me), but I browsed the CVS web archive and it 
appeared
that these changes have not been made.  I hope that its useful, and 
I'm really
sorry if I just wasted everyone's time.
