nrelease build target directory changed

The /usr/src/nrelease build target directory has been changed from
/usr/release to /usr/obj/release to reduce clutter on the root mount.
Anyone doing release builds is advised to delete the old release tree in
/usr/release to avoid confusion.

This has no effect on world or kernel builds, only release builds.  Very
few people do release builds.
