there are a couple of things I can think of that
would be worth including that might not be so
obvious depending on how much you track the project:

- io scheduler vs not (see dsched(4))
- hammer(5) vs ufs

perhaps others? shm sysctls come to mind..
of course swapcache(8) allows for some flexibility -
not sure how relevant that would be for a DB test..

anyhow..
