Google Code-In tasks

I've been marking tasks on the project page where appropriate to match the
Google Code-In task categories.

If anyone wants to add project ideas appropriate for Google Code-in
(13-18-year-old students), please do.  I have an application for DragonFly
in, and the application period ends on the 29th at 23:00 UTC.  (Don't
dawdle.)
