Support for Broadcom 5906M fast ethernet chip

I get this after applying the values:

0xf200f200
grep# pciconf -r pci0:28:0 0x24
0x00010001
grep# pciconf -r pci0:28:0 0x4
0x00100006

The 2nd and 3rd are different to the ones we tried to set.
