Whoops, paste buffer issues. Here you go. There's an
unknown card at that IRQ:

 kernel: pci0: <unknown card> (vendor=0x8086, dev=0x27da) at 31.3 irq 11

The "myhost" machine is supposed to be the same hardware
spec as my development machine and my production web server.
In fact I get the same "unknown card" message on both machines:

 dfdev# dmesg | grep unknown
 pci0: <unknown card> (vendor=0x8086, dev=0x27d8) at 27.0 irq 9
 pci0: <unknown card> (vendor=0x8086, dev=0x27da) at 31.3 irq 11

but no spewing "livelock" messages except on the newer one.
