Is DragonFly using OSS 4.0?

The installer is added now via packages - it's pretty easy to extend that
to the other pkgsrc packages.  It looks more complex to deal with the
settings for that software to provide clear defaults.

That's not earthshaking information, but I'm talking about it because I
think such a setup is a really good idea, and would love to see it
implemented.  I messed with the idea some time ago, but didn't work at it
long enough to produce something usable.
