:When I upload a attachements the file looses it's original name, for

    It is possible to retain the last path element of the filename
    as that is normally passed in the mime headers, I will make
    a modification to use that name if the label field on the form
    is empty.

    Also you may have noticed that the content-type is not set properly
    when uploading or replacing attachments via the EDIT screen.  That
    was simply because I ran out of time last night.  I'll get it fixed
    today.
