network01.patch - MPSAFE network interrupt

 I have tried this patch out on a dual-p3 (ASUS) motherboard with a
single Intel-Pro (em) card installed and done a couple of
'build-worlds' it appears to operate OK in this configuration. I am not
really setup to do any network performance testing:
