[mini announce] CVSup Mirror in China

Dear folks,

Just want to let you know that there is a cvsup mirror available in
China at this time.  It can be reached through the name
dragonflybsd.delphij.net.

The mirror synchronizes four times one day from the central CVSup
server.  The mirror contains the following CVSup collections:
	dragonfly-cvs-src
	dragonfly-cvs-dfports
	dragonfly-cvs-doc
	dragonfly-cvs-root
	dragonfly-cvs-site
 
The server is hosted at China NetCom's Beijing hosting place in Daxing
District, and should provide fairly good connection speed for major ISPs
located in the mainland China.

Please let me know if there is any issue.  It would be nice if this can
be listed on the DragonFly's site so others can find it easily.
