This is the sixth memory module which i tried. Memtest86 reported 
memory is
OK. This is a brand new notebook... Again, OpenBSD 3.6, NetBSD 
2.0-BETA,
Linux* and Windows working properly on this machine. I have problem 
only
with FreeBSD 5.* and Dragonfly BSD boot :-(
could you try a more recent -stable snapshot? 1.0a-release is pretty 
outdated now.
