    No, it's just a news server.   Justin C. Sherrill has a mailing list
    archive interface basically ready to go, and that will certainly have
    an HTML interface.


I was under the impression that Justin's archive was more or
less a 'snapshot' archive not being a completely comprehensive
archive.
	Justin's original web based archive interface is not
	comprehensive, but the latest one that he has been working
	on (discussed in private with him) should contain the full
	snapshot dating back to the earliest post.
	Once a few minor modifications are made to the site, it
	will be up and ready, but I can't say when exactly. :-)
