Any thoughts on when 1.0 will be coming out?

As for stability, I am running it on my school laptop, with openoffice,
firebird and terminals. Works like a charm. This is a work-in-progress, so
100% stability can't be guaranteed. If you just keep you eyes on the
commit and the other mailing lists, and don't update right after big
changes are commited, you should mostly get away without to much harm
coming your way.

As for the release date, those things are always hard to predict, but I
think Matt said something about at least 6 more months before our
glorious first release. I see champagne, I see fireworks. (Yes I am a
dreamer :)
