loader/kernel and snd_cmi (again ?)

Hi !

Now the boot-loader loads correctly
snd_pcm as a prerequesite to snd_cmi,
but fails to load snd_cmi itself -
or the kernel refuses to know about it... ??
The kernel spits some warnings:
Preloaded elf kernel "/kernel" at 0xc0331000.

And that's it.
I may load the module by rc.local of course.
But what's wrong here ?
