Hi! How I can set locale for command 'mount_msdos' and 'mount_ntfs'?

For example, I write: "mount_msdos *-L UTF-8* -o rw /dev/da8s1 /mnt/usb"
(for real FT32, of course) or "mount_ntfs *-C UTF-8* /dev/da8s1 /mnt/usb"
(for NTFS external 3Tb usb-disk). I got errors: "mount_msdos: UTF-8: *Invalid
argument*"...

I useв also: ru_RU.UTF8, koi8-r, ru_RU.KOI8-R, ru.koi8-r.win... There was the
same error! Without this locale parameters the my usb-disks *will be*
mounted. What's wrong?

I use DFBSD 4.6, my locale is UTF-8.

Sorry for my bad English :)
