Broken link in wiki

Hi,
I was reading how to follow up on a crash and I got a broken link in the
documentation.

This page:

Links to this one:

That doesn't exist.

The link is in the Section:

Enable debugging options in your kernel config
Does someone know the real address of the target?
I did a search in the wiki, but couldn't find the page.
