Some handbook suggestions

Here are some suggestions for the DragonFly Handbook.

1. Replace documentation of
http://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/~justin/handbook/firewalls.html on IPFW
with PF since it's in all *BSDs and seems to be in the process of
becoming THE standard firewall software on BSDs. Resources:

http://openbsd.org/faq/pf/index.html
2. Add extended documentation on VKernels

3. As in sort of an suggestion too
http://bugs.dragonflybsd.org/issue293: why not do the copyright notice
in an similar fashion as software has.
for example:

Copyright (c) 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003,
2004 The FreeBSD Documentation Project
Copyright (c) 2004, 2005, 2006 The DragonFly Documentation Project

Portions Copyright (c) #what ever year the pkgsrc portion was copied
from the netbsd guide# The NetBSD Foundation, 2007 OpenBSD (in case of
PF documentation)
