git: Sync shutdown(8) and reboot(8) with FreeBSD

    Sync shutdown(8) and reboot(8) with FreeBSD
    
    shutdown now understands offsets in seconds, minutes and hours.
    reboot is harder to kill ignoring SIGPIPE, SIGINT, SIGQUIT and SIGSTP.
