    kernel - Be more verbose about disabling the IOAPIC
    
    * Be more verbose when disabling the IOAPIC.
    
    * We current disable auto-EOI on the lapic.  Add some code in
      case we enable in the future to ensure that it remains disabled
      for KVM guests.
