    kernel - Update AMD chipset drivers for watchdog and smbus
    
    * Update the AMD chipset drivers for amdsbwd (watchdog) and
      intpm (smbus for power management and other things).
    
    * Now detects the smbus and watchdog on the 3500U laptop APU.
