    Sync zoneinfo database with tzdata2018g from ftp://ftp.iana.org/tz/releases
    
    * Morocco switched to permanent +01 on 2018-10-27.
    
    * Change HDT to HWT/HPT for WWII-era abbreviations in Hawaii.
