    kernel - Vet b_cmd in swap_pager_strategy().
    
    * swap_pager_strategy() needs to properly vet b_cmd.  This doesn't fix
      any bugs per-say, but is needed for robustness to ensure that the code
      does not accidently corrupt the swapcache in a later evolution.
