    hammer2 - error handling 1/N (chain_scan)
    
    * Make HAMMER2_ERROR_* bit flags so they can be OR'd together.
    
    * Change hammer2_chain_scan() to return an error code instead of the
      passed-in bref pointer.
    
    * Adjust the vfsops recovery scan and bulkfree to the new API.
