    <stdio.h>: Hide macros that break global :: ns in cxx.
    
    Avoid expanding macros  ::(!__isthreaded ?...) to poorly written
    ports that assume some specific libc/stdio.h implementation.
    Will help with patching efforts to have less +<cstdio> patches
    in dports using c++ codes.
