    kernel: Better separate the "deprecated" spinlocks from DRM.
    
    * Rename spin_lock_init() -> spin_init_deprecated(). Also remove
      the spinlock_t type for the deprecated ones.
    
    * Move DRM to using struct spinlock * where it used spinlock_t
      before.
