git: dm - change remove_all traversal direction

    dm - change remove_all traversal direction
    
     * Make remove_all iterate backwards, so that devices that depend on
       other dm volumes created earlier are removed first; otherwise
       remove_all stops at the first dm volume on which another one depends.
