    vfs_bio - Implement nestiobuf support
    
    * Implement nestiobuf support (as NetBSD does) to split up a bio/buf
      into several smaller pieces that can be handled separately and only
      biodone() the "master" buffer when all smaller bio/buf pieces have
      completed.
