kernel - nata - Fix bug in SET_MULTI command

    * The command was not properly masking atadev->param.sectors_intr,
resulting in the setting of a value which some hard drives (OCZ SSD)
      would reject.

This mainly just gets rid of an error message on the console.
SET_MULTI is typically a NOP on most SATA drives.

    Obtained-from: FreeBSD
