    Since I have the time I wanted to try the plug-unplug fun with
    firewire, but our firewire driver didn't appear to work very well.

    I fixed some of the issues, but it still doesn't always rescan
    the bus when something is plugged in.

    I got it working well enough that I could test it with HAMMER.

    The CAM code still has a memory leak somewhere (a small structure
    leak when plugging and unplugging devices).
