:Matt, could you please stop breaking cvs import'ed sources by blindly commiting to them?  This happened with libarchive as well.  I've fixed it by re-importing and using cvs admin -b.

    Grumble.  The only files in there are either wholely owned by us or 
    wholely owned by the vendor.  We never make local modifications to 
    vendor files.  I personally don't think we need to use a special
    vendor branch.

    But, if you REALLY want us to use a vendor branch, then please document
    the CVS commands required to import a new version in the README.DRAGONFLY
    file for all the contrib/ directories that are to be so managed.
    Because I have no clue how to do it and still keep all the other
    branches in sync.
